What we are not, what the token is not, and what you should know before using the site.
StackLive is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch Interactive, Inc., Kick Streaming Pty Ltd or pump.fun. Twitch is a trademark of Twitch Interactive, Inc. Kick is a trademark of Kick Streaming Pty Ltd. pump.fun is a trademark of its owner. We use the Twitch and Kick public login and lookup APIs under their developer terms, and their marks only to identify the platform a channel belongs to. pump.fun offers no official public API: we read public pump.fun profile and livestream data from the endpoints its own website uses, link back to the profile, and never use the pump.fun logo (pump.fun streamers are marked with our own glyph).
Anyone can launch a coin that names a streamer. We do not create, promote or vet coins, and listing a coin is not a recommendation. A coin naming a streamer does not mean the streamer endorses it or has any involvement with it, unless their page shows they have verified and claimed. Streamers can hide such coins or opt out at /legal/opt-out.
The launcher can earn from the coin. Each launcher chooses the streamer's share of creator fees (10% to 90%, 50% by default). The protocol treasury receives a fixed 10% and the launcher's wallet receives the remainder. Every coin page shows its own split and the launcher's address. A launcher share gives the launcher a financial interest in the coin's trading; it is not a signal of quality, and nothing here is investment advice.
$STACKLIVE is the project's own coin. It has not launched; its contract address is TBA.
- It gates nothing. You do not need it to launch coins, claim fees or use any feature.
- It carries no governance rights, no yield, no dividend and no claim on protocol revenue or on any vault.
- Any buyback funded from the protocol treasury is discretionary, published on-chain, and not a promise of value.
- It is not an investment contract, and nothing we publish should be read as a forecast of its price.
The on-chain vault program is not deployed yet. Vaults, balances, distributions, claims, coins, streamers, leaderboards, the program ID and the treasury address shown on the site are simulated and marked DEMO. Figures marked LIVE DATA (SOL price, current slot, pump.fun fee tiers, the pooled-treasury reference) are read from Solana mainnet or public market APIs. What is real today lists every item.
The streamer share of creator fees is paid by pump.fun directly into per-streamer vaults owned by an on-chain program. StackLive has no instruction to withdraw from a vault, holds no user funds, and does not convert, transmit or pay out money on anyone's behalf. Claims are signed by the streamer's own wallet. Claims do depend on an attestation signed by our backend; the risks and mitigations are described in the security model.
- Memecoins are extremely volatile and most lose nearly all of their value.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs. The vault program will be reviewed before mainnet, but review does not remove all risk.
- pump.fun can reset a coin's fee-sharing config through its community-takeover process, which may stop future fees reaching a vault.
- Blockchain transactions are final. A claim to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
- pump.fun support depends on public pump.fun endpoints that are undocumented and rate-limited. If pump.fun changes or blocks them, pump.fun profile lookups and new pump.fun payout bindings pause; vaults and the funds in them are not affected.
Nothing on this site is investment, financial or tax advice. These documents are also not legal advice to you: they describe our product and are drafts pending review by counsel.
